Job Description: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team for a part-time position that could lead to full-time!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate materials to be emailed to clients and prospects

  • Create and maintain CRM files for all clients

  • Assist with phone calls and email correspondence
  • Note-taking and tracking at company meetings
  • Maintain the office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  •  Ability to work well in teams

  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to follow detailed systems and procedures

  • Positive and professional demeanor

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
